1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application or website operated by Aetheria Forge, LLC (“Aetheria Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including KneadManna (kneadmanna.app), Oneiro (oneiroapp.app), and this studio website (aetheriaforge.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

3. Accounts

Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Not create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, annual) or as a one-time purchase (lifetime). All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a billing agreement with Paddle on our behalf.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes, which Paddle collects and remits on our behalf

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
  • Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our services
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use our AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

6. User Content

Content you create within our apps (journal entries, prayers, notes) remains yours. By storing content in our services, you grant Aetheria Forge a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your personal content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property in our apps and websites are owned by Aetheria Forge, LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. AI-Powered Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate content (verse interpretations, trivia questions, etc.). AI-generated content is provided for informational and devotional purposes only and should not be relied upon as authoritative theological, medical, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetheria Forge, LLC and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or our services. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aetheria Forge, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
